Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AI Business Live at ai-business.live, operated by Chak Kei MA (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What we provide

AI Business Live helps small business owners clarify automation needs (spec assistant), helps builders create public profiles with AI Q&A, and provides a simple job board to connect the two sides.

We provide tools and introductions — we are not a party to contracts between users and we do not guarantee project outcomes, hiring decisions, or AI output accuracy.

3. Accounts

You sign in with an email magic link. You are responsible for access to your email account.

You must provide accurate information. You may delete your account at any time in Account settings — deletion is permanent and removes your posts, applications, profiles, and conversation data associated with your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service, or the minimum age required in your country if higher.

4. AI-generated content

Spec drafts, profile content, and AI answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not legal, financial, security, or professional advice.

You remain responsible for reviewing and confirming any draft before publishing, applying to jobs, or relying on AI answers. Do not submit secrets or personal data of third parties without lawful basis.

When you use AI features, your text may be sent to our LLM provider (currently Minimax), which may process data outside your country.

5. User content and conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display it solely to operate the service.

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, malware, or impersonation. We may suspend or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Job board

Job posts and applications are user-initiated. We do not vet users or guarantee fit. Any agreement between an SMB owner and a builder is directly between them.

We may remove posts or applications that are abusive, fraudulent, or violate these Terms.

7. Fees

Core features may be free during early access. We may introduce paid features later with notice. Existing free usage terms may change with reasonable notice on the site.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service or dealings with other users.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or EUR 100 if you paid nothing.

Mandatory consumer rights under German or other applicable law remain unaffected.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have protections under your country of residence.

Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Berlin, Germany, where permitted by law.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. The “last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
